Our family’s counting down days before we (yes, my return to school hours) go back to school. Go back to waking up early, to prepping for breakfast and school lunches. My kids especially my younger one is so used to having dessert (courtesy of the dad, my hubs) and so today I made a very easy healthy dessert.
Easy Fruity Crunch
fruits, fresh or canned, cubed
greek yogurt (I used honey flavored)
granola for crunch and texture
My kids have personalities and preferences on opposite sides of the spectrum as evidenced in this dessert. In the picture above, the left bowl is just plain fruit & yogurt just as my daughter likes it while the right bowl has granola in it for my son.
Verdict: go go go for school lunch 🙂
